C. K. Ranganathan, is a Non-executive Director, of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. He is the founder of Cavinkare Private Limited, a company engaged in the business of personal care, food, beverages, dairy and snacks. He was conferred the prestigious, Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Economic Times in 2004. He was the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Tamil Nadu State Council for the year 2009-10 and former president of the Madras Management Association. He is associated with Matrimony.com since 2014.

Rajesh Sawhney, aged 58 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from the University of Delhi and a master's degree in Management Studies from the University of Bombay. He has extensive experience in the fields of media, entertainment, telecommunications, and the Internet industry. He has worked with Reliance Capital Limited and Reliance Entertainment Limited. He is currently on the Board of India Mart Intermesh Ltd, Le Travenues Technology Ltd (IXIGO), Neilsoft Limited, etc.

Akila Krishnakumar is an alumnus of the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani. She has over 30 years of experience in software product development for financial services and education markets worldwide. Until 2013, Akila was President - Global Technology and Country Head for SunGard in India - then a Fortune 500 company and global leader in financial services software. Since 2013, as the founding partner and board member of Social Venture Partners (India), a network of engaged citizens, she works to provide livelihood opportunities for disadvantaged women and youth. She has held several key industry positions and was formerly the Chairperson for the American Chamber of Commerce Chapter and Chair of Nasscom's Regional Council. She is a regular speaker at several International and National Conferences and leading organizations. She has won several awards and accolades including being among the top 5 women leaders in the Indian technology industry for many years. She has joined the Matrimony.com Board as Independent Director on August 10, 2018.

S. M. Sundaram is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant, a Company Secretary, a Chartered Financial Analyst, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, with several all-India ranks. He has about 37 years of professional experience, most of them in senior roles in Finance and Investment Management. He is currently the Chief Investment Officer of an investment management entity focused on listed investments in India. He is also a director of Baring Private Equity Partners India, where he is a member of the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee and an advisor to companies in various businesses such as consumer goods, high-end IT services (such as Product Engineering, R&D, and AI / ML) and analytics.

Till April 2018, he was Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Baring Private Equity Partners India, which manages assets of over $1 billion across multiple fund entities. He was the CFO of CSS Corp, a San Jose-based IT Services company operating in multiple countries till 2007. Till 2000, he was also part of the senior management team at the Sanmar Group, a large business group headquartered in Chennai.

Deepa is a non-Executive Director of the company. She holds a bachelor's degree of science in biochemistry (special) from Gujarat University and a master's degree in business administration from California Coast University. She has also completed a course on training as a laboratory technician from the K.M. School of Post Graduate Medicine and Research, Ahmedabad. She has been associated with Matrimony.com since 2006.
